Customer Care Coordinator -- New Home Warranty

JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling of NoCO seeks a Customer Care Coordinator for New Home Warranties in the NoCO area. Do you enjoy working with new home buyers and splitting time between your office and in the field? Do you have experience with home appliance warranties, sprinkler systems, and other household electronics?

  • $42,000 – 45,000, annual salary
  • 10% bonus annually
  • Employer-paid health insurance

  • 60 % field work / 40% office work

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR / WARRANTY DEPT.

  • Experience in the home building industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience with construction or warranty field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of home appliance, electrical, and sprinkling systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, works well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • Coordinate and perform home-owner pre-close orientation
  • Investigate and respond to homeowner warranty questions or concerns after move-in.
  • Demonstrate appliances, thermostat, sprinkling system, electrical fixtures, showers, tubs, sinks, garbage disposals, garage doors, and any other items requested by new owner,
  • Schedule minor service-related tasks (e.g., adjustments, repairs)
  • Manage home owner correspondence,
  • Assist in-house and trade personnel in setting up appointments for inspections and repairs,
  • Initiate follow-up calls to home owners and trades,
  • Document after-hours emergencies and follow up to ensure completion of needed collateral work.
