SNELLING of Northern Colorado seeks a Front Desk Guest Services Representative to be the primary contact for all guests throughout their stay at the hotel.

 

Front Desk Guest Services Representative PERKS

  • Flexible shifts with 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. availability, 7 days per week

 

Front Desk Guest Services Representative REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrate AMAZING customer service
  • Pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Provide at least three professional references.
  • High school diploma, some college or at least three to six months’ related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to speak and write fluent English
  • Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions.

 

 

Front Desk Guest Services Representative DUTIES

  • Demonstrate a positive team and customer-conscious attitude.
  • Operate with accuracy the reservation system, check-in and checkout system and credit card system, following all safety and security procedures.
  • Complete daily reports, audits correspondences etc. as required by your shift.
  • Keep lobby and office area clean at all times,
  • Prepare room status sheet for housekeeping and update housekeeping on rooms available to clean as guests checkout or leave for the day.
  • Resolve guest complaints.
  • Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
